Mercer Harries Realty have been operating in the Murray Shire and Peel region as a family company for over 60 Years. During that time the Murray Shire has developed from a distinctly rural farming area to an area of high growth as the suburbs of Perth and Mandurah spread outwards.

A family owned and managed business, they have achieved a unique synergy between the long-term dedication and expertise of Brett Mercer and the drive and determination of his nephew Joe Bryant with Brett’s son Brad Mercer and their team of highly professional and experienced family and staff.

Brett and Kerry Mercer purchased the business in 1983 and moved the office to its present location in the town centre. Brett had previously been a farmer in Dwellingup and after living in the area for over 35 years, has intense local knowledge. He is a licensed Auctioneer and conducts auctions for other Real Estate Companies as well as charities, including auctioning the Telethon home for many years.

Joe Bryant, joined Mercer Harries Realty in 2001 and since became involved in the business as a Director. Joe’s wife Shelly also works within the company in Administration and oversees the Property Management and Marketing Departments. Joe is often receiving awards for his outstanding achievements and service to his clients.

In 2008, Brett and Kerry’s only son Brad had a passion to enter the family business. Having grown up around Real Estate all his life, Brad is very knowledgeable on the local market has been achieving Award Winning Status as a Sales Representative.

The office employs 11 local staff with experienced representatives who cover the areas of Pinjarra, Dwellingup, South and North Yunderup, Ravenswood, Coolup, Waroona, Yarloop and Boddington. Mercer Harries has a significant market share in all of its prime areas. Our friendly and professional team have a vast background in real estate and a strong knowledge of the local area. All our staff live in the local community they work in and are actively involved in community activities.
